I went to KPOT for the first time to celebrate my birthday & my best friends birthday. The customer service was good. The place looked very nice and they were patient with our party. We all sat down and they immediately took our drink order and got everything set up. Once we all ordered, we enjoyed the appetizer bar they had. My favorite was the crab Rangoons. The grill did seem like it was low because it took forever to cook the chicken but everything tasted good.

KPot Korean BBQ & Hotpot in Orlando is absolutely amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and so much fun to cook and enjoy. Our server, Kayla, was a total charm — super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. Great atmosphere and even better service. Highly recommend!
Since there isn’t a hotpot place where I live, I was really excited to try this one while visiting Orlando—and it did not disappoint! The selection of food was fantastic, and the buffet had a wide variety (I didn’t eat too much of it, but what I tried was great). The sauce station had everything I needed and the service was excellent from start to finish. I also love that you can order from the tablet. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I really enjoyed my visit.
Went here for my niece's birthday and it was the absolute best!! Our server Anna was SO wonderful! She was super sweet and answered all our questions. She really made us feel comfortable and absolutely made our night! Which is important to me because my niece is Autistic and has bad anxiety. The food was SO delicious and extremely fresh! We had a mighty feast! I will absolutely be back and I highly recommend this location! I've been to other Kpots but this one is my favorite! Everyone was so nice!
Second time at Kpot, 1st time at this location and it didn't disappoint!! Fernando our server was on point! They had a tablet on the table for you to order your next round of food to cook at the table. It was different than the "buffet style" frmn the first time but convenient to have what you want brought to you. So you get 2 hours at the table but be aware if you dont cook and eat all the food you order, when your time is up you have yo pay by the pound so be mindful of your time left and what you order. Very nice restaurant. Clean. Clean bathrooms. Great service great atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!!
My boyfriend and I had such an amazing experience at Kpot, thanks to our server, Lily! It was our first time trying Korean BBQ, and after months of having this craving it exceeded my expectations. Lily made this experience that much better. She clearly explained how everything worked, gave us great recommendations, and even shared helpful tips for grilling — which we really appreciated as beginners. Lily was super sweet, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. The food came out quickly, everything was fresh and delicious, and we were both really impressed. I’m not from Orlando, but this visit made the trip so worth it. Thank you, Lily, for making our first Kpot experience so memorable!
Me and my friend came here, since we were craving some BBQ. It’s a buffet style, for the amount of food you can order it’s quite worth it for the price. We got the bbq dinner and for 2 people it was 77.98. We ordered a lot the food was sooooo gooood. Our server was Tori and she was so sweet and attentive. She refilled our waters when it was getting low and made sure to check on us every couple of minutes. If I ended up not liking the food she was quite understanding. Overall the experience was 10/10
